We har now going to reclain the taxi fare. I do not recommend Hoppa! After a pleasant flight we arrived at Resorthoppa desk to find crowds of people standing around.
A miserable man behind desk looked at my paperwork and said to 'wait over there'. An hour later we were still waiting as were many others [one man and his Son had been waiting an hour and half.
They couldnt have been more unhelpful and rude. Eventually after arriving at Palma at Driver was fine and we got to resort at As we were only there for 3 days we lost a chunk of our break.
Return pick up time was ' 5 hours' before our flight. We were nervous about return journey but to be fair they turned up 5 mins early and driver was brilliant.
Wont be using Resorthoppa again. Last years fantastic, this year not so. Always do max 4 stops. The bus driver didn't know where he was going needed sat nav went the long way round and added another hour on to transfer also his mini bus wasn't really up to standered seats not fastened down no handle on the in side to open the door if this was England he would not have passed his MOT.
The return journey went for text message to let us know what time pick up would be no text message untill after we had rung!!! And pick up far to early.
We used galitrans because we were a group of 12 adults and 1 toddler aged 2 to 72, travelling to sa coma from Palma. The driver was waiting in arrivals with a sign, he was very friendly and helpful with our luggage.
A baby seat was provided free of charge, the price was great compared to taxi's and having no other drop off's meant it was much quicker than the transfer buses.
We recommend galitrans and will use them again. Booked return by phone the day before,and told pick up at Left apartment at ,to be met by key holder and TAXI??
Daughter booked for transfer from Palma airport and return for 5 of us. We arrived and no one waiting about 5 mins later they arrived apologizing said held up in traffic.
Fair enough. When came to leave 15 mins after pick up time they hadn't arrived. Hotel phoned them they apologized said it was their mistake and arrranged for 2 other taxis to take us to the airport at their expense.

Do not use no transfer no refund and rubbish customer service booked for 5 people and have lost are money will never use them again.
Hoppa unable to provide suitable location for drop off or pick up or suitable alternative. Also closed all tickets so unable to email them.
Took our money but no transfers working so had to pay again. Don't trust this company fraud. Very rude staff.
We were not able to travel due to covid symptoms and a local lockdown. I cancelled the day before travel but there was no choice.
I have even tried to just get the return part of the trip returned but I just get rude responses. My holiday to Tenerife was cancelled 2 days before we were due to fly out because Spain closed all their borders due to the covid virus.
I had no problem with getting a refund from Air B and B, the airline, even the parking company refunded immediately. However, Hoppa refused to offer a refund or even a voucher towards a future booking.
I understand they have their Policies and Procedures but there was absolutely no flexibility or understanding during a stressful and unpredictable time; I would have been happy to have a voucher towards a future booking.
They just kept insisting that they required 48 hours notice prior to cancellation. They refused to accept that I had less than 48 hours notice myself and the situation was out of my control!
They obviously couldn't care less and knew that the money could be reclaimed through holiday insurance. This company is greedy, unreasonable and unfair to insist on this policy when the situation is caused by a worldwide pandemic.
Do they have any consideration for customer service? Do they think I would ever book them again or recommend to a friend?
As the world goes through this covid crisis it is companies such as Hoppa who will lose because of greed, selfishness and appalling customer service.
Please boycott this company and choose a small, family run business instead. Well used Hoppa for 5 years always I a good service until now.

So you can't manage your bookings online. I've been given Hoppa credits instead of refund of cash paid. So they don't refund. I have previously written a review regarding Hoppa only offering credits and not refunds.
To update everyone feeling angry about this I would advise either claiming a chargeback via their card company and failing that to go through the small claims court.

I booked a return transfer from the aiport to resort last January for September ,I have since heard that Hoppa is not turning up to pick passengers up ,so I emailed and rang them but to no avvail.
The phone call is automated and emails keep pinging back undeliverable. This is the first and last time i use this company. I dont know why they are treating people in this way and im sure at the end of this there will be no Hopper as a lot of people are unsatisfied with what is happening to everyone, so if they have not gone out of buisiness now they soon will because no one who reads all the reviews will have faith in them.
If I could leave -0 stars I would!!! This website is definitely scamming customers. I wish I had researched the latest reviews before rebooking my airport transfers using my credit balance from a failed transfer we couldn't make in April this year due to covid.
After rebooking I have on 4 occasions had email replies from the "partner company" stating the location details are incomplete. The only way of amending the details is by cancelling and rebooking but each time I cancelled and rebooked, hoppa were increasing the transfer price by a few quid.
I did this 4 times before realising this is obviously a deliberate stunt to get more money out of customers.
Customer services are arrogant absolute wastes of space when they bother to reply by email. They gave me the "correct" location details to enter for my villa which is still wrong and they want me to cancel and rebook AGAIN, not a chance the greedy sham of a company!

Zero service Arrived into Barcelona Airport on July 13th with no Hoppa representative or transfer to be found. Avoid at all costs. No support when requested to change… No support when requested to change transfer 4 days in advance - emergency number at resort unobtainable - absolute disgrace - do not use them.
